STRAWBERRY FREEZER CAKE 
Angel food cake
1/2 gal. strawberry ice cream
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box frozen strawberries, thawed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped

Use oblong pyrex dish. Slice angel food cake and place on bottom of dish. Slice ice cream and put on top of cake. Mix strawberries, pineapple, Cool Whip and nuts; spread over ice cream. Put in freezer for several hours. Set out 20 minutes before serving. This is quick and easy and serves a bunch!
