FRUIT SALAD DESSERT 
1 lg. can pineapple
1/2 pkg. sm. marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Make salad dressing. Heat juice from 1 large can of pineapple in top of double boiler. Beat together in a small bowl with a wire whisk 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Pour into heated pineapple juice and blend with wire whisk. Cook until thick. Cool. Pour dressing over fruit. Chill.
