1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix together and press in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan 1 stick butter (softened), 1 box yellow cake mix, and 1 beaten egg. Beat 3 more eggs and 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. Add 1 pound powdered sugar and beat thoroughly. Pour on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
