1 large bag Oreo cookies, crushed
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 large Cool Whip

Spread layer of crushed cookies in 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese; add sugar, pudding mix and milk. Beat well. Spread layer of pudding mix over cookies. Add a thin layer of Cool Whip, layer of cookies, pudding and then Cool Whip until used up. Top with a thin layer of Cool Whip with a few cookies on top.
