SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS AND ONIONS 
1 can Hunt's sauce
3 green or red bell peppers
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
2 lg. onions, sliced thin

Clean and slice peppers into 1/2 inch strips. Cook sausage in large skillet. When cooked remove from skillet and put garlic into oil from sausage. If needed add 1/4 ounce of olive oil. When garlic starts to turn brown add cut up peppers and onions. Cover and let slow cook about 5 minutes. Stir.

Cut up sausage into 1 inch pieces. Stir into peppers and onions. Mix well. Add can of Hunt's sauce. Mix often. Cook on medium heat about 25 minutes. Feeds about 6 to 10 people.
