HERB CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz.) Ranch dressing (powder)
1/4 c. mayo
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
8 tsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Serves 8 to 10.

Wash mushrooms; remove stems. Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing, mayo, onion, parsley and Parmesan. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Dip top of mushrooms into stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over top.

Bake 30 minutes; cool for 5 minutes.
