BARBECUE ROAST | |
6 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 minced garlic buds 6 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 tsp. black pepper 6 lb. roast Combine all ingredients for sauce. Marinate your roast 8 to 12 hours (blade, chuck, or round). Cook over charcoal for 1 hour, basting roast during cooking. Sear both sides first. |
