CHICKEN SOUP 
4-5 chicken breasts
1 bunch celery stalks, with leaves left on, diced
5 c. water
5-7 lg. carrots, diced
2 Bermuda onions, whole (remove before serving)
2 shakes red pepper - cayenne
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper, more if you like spicy
Fresh parsley

To 5 cups of boiling water, add all of the above. Cook 1 1/2 hours and serve with alphabet noodles - the children will love spelling their name! Season to taste. This soup tastes even better after a day or two!Z
