GRANDMA EVA'S SPICY GLAZED
CHICKEN
 
1 env. Goodman's onion soup
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
1 (8 oz.) c. creamy Russian dressing
1 whole chicken, cut into eighths

In a small bowl, combine onion soup mix and Russian Dressing and preserves. Mixture makes about 2 1/2 cups. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour until chicken is tender.
