SPICY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces

In small bowl, combine Lipton onion soup mix, Russian dressing, and preserves. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.

To bake: Pour half the glaze over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees, basting occasionally, 1 hour until tender.

To grill or broil: Using half the glaze, baste chicken frequently during last 30 minutes of cooking. Makes about 4 servings.

Cover and refrigerate remaining glaze - also delicious on spareribs, chops, and ham.
