STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 green peppers, cleaned and sliced lengthwise
1 lb. beef
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the tomato sauce. Divide the mixture and stuff peppers which have been placed in a casserole dish.

Sprinkle cheese over the peppers. Pour remaining sauce over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
