SEAFOOD - STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. size green peppers
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper, bread crumbs, butter

Cut top off each pepper; remove seeds and membrane. Cook in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

Combine shrimp, crab meat, rice, celery, onion and pimento. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper. Stir into crab meat mixture. Stuff peppers with seafood mixture; sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add hot water to depth of 1/2 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
