FROSTED FLAKE MUFFINS 
1 egg, slightly beat
1/3 c. oil
1 c. milk
3 c. Frosted Flakes (crushed to 1 c.)
1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.

Combine egg, oil and milk. Add Frosted Flake crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar.

Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients. Add to cereal mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into baking cups. Bake 20-25 minutes. If desired brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
