SPANISH STEW 
2 lb. beef, cut in 1" cubes
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
2 c. water
1 c. sliced stuffed olives
8 sm. onions
8 sm. whole potatoes

A superb company main dish with a tart - sweet secret, Catalina dressing. Brown meat in 1/4 cup dressing; add remaining dressing and water. Cover and cook slowly 2 hours. Add olives, onion and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Thicken liquid for gravy, if desired. Serves 6-8.
