STEAK FINGERS 
2 lb. tenderized round steak
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oil
Lg. skillet
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of paprika

Trim excess fat from meat, cut into 3/4 inch strips. Beat egg and add milk. Add salt, pepper and paprika to flour. Dip meat strips in milk/egg mixture, then roll in flour. Fry in heated oil. Serves 5 to 6.
