1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. diced fine cucumbers
1 very small onion, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. blanched almonds, coarsely chopped

I put in ring mold and garnish with ripe olives in center.
