CAPE COD PLATTER | |
2 tbsp. pickling spice (cloves removed) 3 qts. boiling water 6 lobster tails 1 garlic clove 1/2 c. butter 12 cooked new potatoes 1/4 c. shortening 2 cans Stokley's Finest Peas Add spice to boiling water. Add lobster tails. Boil 20 minutes; drain. Cool; remove meat from shells. Mash garlic, saute in 1/4 cup butter. Remove garlic, add lobster. Heat and brown potatoes in shortening. Heat drained peas in remaining 1/4 cup butter. Arrange potatoes on plate; surround with peas, add lobster. Serves 6. |
