SHRIMP PATTIES 
1-2 lbs. shrimp, boiled, cleaned and deveined
Lg. onion, finely chopped
2 lg. celery stalk, finely chopped
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
2 pods garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Grind shrimp or put in food processor. Combine onion, celery, green pepper and garlic and cook in butter until very tender or microwave for 6-7 minutes. Cool.

Beat well 2 eggs. Add shrimp, seasonings, bread crumbs and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. Then roll in flour and fry. (Can be used for stuffing flounder).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
