RHUBARB KUCHEN (Four Steps) 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted

Blend together. Press 3/4 of this mixture in a greased 9x13 inch pan (glass). Set the rest aside.

2: FILLING:

10 c. raw rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces

Spread pieces over crust mixture in pan.

3:

In heavy kettle cook over medium heat: 1 tsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. cornstarch c. sugar

Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over rhubarb.

4:

Top with leftover crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes.
