SATURDAY NIGHT HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat, add onion and cook until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. 4 servings.
