1 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten

Beat peanut butter and sugar together. Add egg. Form into little balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork and bake 350 degrees 5 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
