1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Take a fork and flatten balls. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Delicious! Tastes like peanut butter fudge!
