CLAM ROLLS (CANAPES) 
3 cans minced clams, well drained
1/2 c. thin sliced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1 lg. bread, thin sliced
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients. Trim crust from bread. Roll slices with rolling pin until thin. Spread each slice with clam mixture and roll up as a jelly roll, brush with melted butter. (May be cut in two.)

Bake for 12 minutes until brown at 425 degrees.
