CRAB MEAT CANAPES 
1 can or pkg. of frozen crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Half of a sweet red pepper, finely chopped
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Mound on bread rounds, molding with a small spatula. Crab meat mixture and bread rounds may be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. Finish an hour before serving, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
