FRENCH CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts with bones
1 lg. onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. sauterne wine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Flour

Salt, pepper and flour chicken. Brown well in Dutch oven. Remove chicken and brown onion and chopped garlic cloves in same pan. Add Kitchen Bouquet, sugar, and 1 1/2 cup sauterne. Stir well and place chicken back in pan, spooning juices over chicken. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour. Add mushrooms and 1 cup sauterne. Cook 1/2 hour longer.
