SUKIYAKI BEEF | |
1 lb. steak (cut in thin slices) 2 cans beef broth 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 or 3 stalks celery, cut up 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. water 3 tbsp. cornstarch Brown the steak. Add beef broth, soy sauce, celery, green pepper and onion. Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are cooked. Mix together, water and cornstarch; adding meat and vegetables to thicken. Serve with rice or potatoes. |
