MOCK SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
1 can beef broth soup
3 stalks celery
1 med. onion, sliced thin
4-5 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat. Add soup, vegetables and soy sauce; cover. Steam for 10 minutes only, so vegetables are still crisp. Thicken with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water. Serve over rice.
