SUKIYAKI - MAIN DISH 
1 lb. chopped or strip steak, cut into sm. pieces
1 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
Mushrooms (if desired)

Brown steak in oil. Combine sugar and cornstarch and gradually stir in soy sauce and water. Add vegetables. Cook over medium heat until liquid thickens and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
