1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup Instant mashed potato puffs (4 servings) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in seasonings, beans and soup. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Spoon potatoes onto meat mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings. |
