MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3 c. grated cheese
2 1/4 c. macaroni
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 or 2 eggs
Butter

Cook macaroni and drain. Grate cheese.

Mix milk, flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Make sure there are no lumps in flour.

Mix well in sprayed casserole dish. Put in one layer of macaroni, then one layer of cheese. Put some butter on this. Add some of milk and flour mixture.

Alternate macaroni, cheese and mixture. Be sure to end with cheese and add pats of butter on top of casserole.

Cook in uncovered casserole dish for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
