CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
3-4 chicken breasts or thighs, cooked
3-4 c. chicken broth

Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix in large bowl. Mix soups and the broth together into bowl. Grease casserole dish. Take about half of stuffing mix and spread in dish. Wet the mix in the dish with the soup mixture until damp. Spread all the chicken over the damp stuffing in the dish. Pour the rest of the soup mixture except a cup over the chicken.

Spread stuffing over the chicken and cover. Use the rest of the soup to dampen this like the bottom. Can use water if you do not have enough soup. Bake in oven on 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
