HAM AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt, celery salt, garlic salt, paprika, dry mustard, onion powder and pepper
3 oz. sliced ham, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, milk and spices. Stir it the ham, onion and cheese. Pour into a greased pan 12 x 7 x 1/2 x 2 inches.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

To double this recipe use a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan, bake 45-50 minutes.

This is the recipe I brought with me when I moved to Grafton and is the one the Church has used for their brunches.
