CURRIED CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Skin and debone chicken breasts. Place broccoli in casserole. Top with slices of chicken meat. Combine undiluted soup with mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
