SUMMER SQUASH 
2 med. squash, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix squash, chicken soup and milk together in a baking dish. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
