CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-5 chicken breasts, deboned
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix

Boil chicken breast until white and done. Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix soups and sour cream together. Stir in onions. Arrange chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Spread stuffing mix over top. Pour remaining butter over top of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
