BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, chopped
1 sm. onion, sliced into rings
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar

Combine broccoli, onion rings, raisins and pecans in a bowl; mix well. Combine vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar in a small bowl; mix well. Stir into broccoli mixture. Chill for 2 hours or longer in a sealed container. Garnish with crumbled bacon if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
