2 lg. avocados
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 med. onion, diced fine
6 English muffins
12 slices Monterey Jack cheese
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
3 c. sliced or diced turkey meat
Butter
Salt and pepper

Split muffins and butter. Place on cookie sheet under broiler to toast. Mash both avocados in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and onion salt and pepper to taste. Spread avocado paste on each muffin half. Add a slice of tomato and diced or sliced turkey meat; top with Monterey Jack cheese.
