CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. lemon juice (squeeze lemons) 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 c. Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend all ingredients together until smooth; pour into a graham cracker pie crust. You can put cherry or strawberry pie filling on top. Also, try mixing drained crushed pineapple and nuts into the mixture for a pineapple nut pie. |
