CREAM CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 vanilla wafer crust
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 can of pie cherries

Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix well until soft and smooth. Add whipping cream and whip until thick. Pour into shell and put in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. May also be put in freezer. Before serving, pour pie cherries or fruit of your choice on top of pie.
