PENN STATE MIX ICE CREAM 
1 1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
3 1/2 c. whole milk
3/4 c. sugar

Stir condensed milk into whole milk. It's sticky and requires scraping the sides and bottom while mixing to blend. Dissolve sugar into this mixture, then add cream. Chill mixture. When mix is cold add to freezer and follow manufacturer instructions.

FOR VARIETY:

Vanilla: 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Orange: 3/4 of a 6 oz. can of frozen concentrate orange juice

Coffee: 4 tsp. of instant coffee

Strawberry: 3 c. mashed strawberries to which 1/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 tsp. of vanilla are added

Blueberry: 3 c. mashed blueberries, sweetened with 1/2 c. sugar, or 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. of frozen blueberries

Peach: Mash 5 very ripe peaches with 1 tsp. of lemon juice

Chocolate: Prepare a quart of chocolate syrup by blending 1 1/3 c. of unsweetened cocoa with 1/2 c. sugar. Add slowly with constant mixing to 1 cup of water while heating in a double boiler. A smooth syrup should result. Cool to refrigerator temperature before adding 1 1/3 cup of this syrup to the basic mix above.
