RICE AND SPINACH PILAF | |
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion 2 chicken bouillon cubes 3 tbsp. butter 3 c. packaged precooked rice 1 1/4 c. chopped fresh spinach In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth with onion, bouillon cubes, butter and 1 1/4 cups water. Bring to boiling. Add rice. Cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff up rice with fork. Add spinach; toss lightly to combine. Feeds: 10. |
