LUSCIOUS FRUIT FLUFF 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. firm butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. each cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chilled whipping cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
4 c. mixed fruit

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake until brown, about 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Beat cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Cut into squares and top with fruit. Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
