CHERRY SALAD 
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. coconut (optional)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 flat can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl, mix Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk. Add cherry pie filling, pineapple (undrained), oranges, marshmallows and coconut. Refrigerate and serve.

This salad can be prepared ahead and frozen until needed.
