SPINACH & RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S®), cooked
2 c. sharp cheese, grated (Kraft's Barrel)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. soft butter
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. thyme

Cook and drain spinach. Mix spinach with all of the above ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
