CHATEAU POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes
Oil
Pepper
Butter
Seasoned salt
Paprika

Peel the potatoes, cut lengthwise into approximately 8 pieces. Place in cold water. Bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes; drain. Fry in butter/oil mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4.
