KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
Tortillas, cut into strips and wet down with chicken
Broth, then layer
Chicken, boiled and boned, bite size pieces
1 lg. onion
Green pepper, diced
Cheese, American or cheddar
Chili powder, 1/2 tsp. sprinkled on cheese
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
Garnish with black olives

Bake until bubbles (300-350 degrees).
