1/2 c. olive oil 2 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 3 cloves garlic 1 c. carrots, sliced 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.) 3 c. coarse chopped tomato 2 c. White Wine 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. margam Salt and pepper to taste, slow boil 1/2 hour. Add 2 crabs with shell. Raw shrimp in shell, clams, lobster and fish. Cover and cook until clam shells open. Serves 8. Fish can be halibut, haddock, turbot or any boneless, firm white fish. Monk fish can be substituted for lobster if desired. |
