HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 can pineapple
1 can pears
1 can peaches
1 jar apple rings
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pale dry sherry

Place fruit in a baking dish. Heat other ingredients and stir until as thick as cream. Pour over fruit and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.

Different fruits and different amounts may be used. Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
