PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. solid can pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour 15" cookie sheet. Mix ingredients. Bake in cookie sheet sprinkled with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle dish towel with powdered sugar. Invert on dish towel and refrigerate to cool.

Unroll cool cake, spread on filling mixture. Roll and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate.
