1/2 c. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided in half)
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
12 oz. box Crispix cereal
1 c. Cheerios
1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine and melt milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour over Crispix, Cheerios, peanuts and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let mixture cool and harden. When cool toss mixture in a bag to coat with 1 cup powdered sugar.
